Achievements
During the short spam of time under Shri T. Basar, Director, UD & Housing the following achievement has been made:-
1. Building guidelines approved and notified.
2. Building Bye-Laws approved.
3. Municipal Act submitted to Govt. and approved.
4. Arunachal Pradesh Urban Development & Planning Authority Bill approved.
5. Creation of 15 (fifteen) Divisions under headed by Dy. Director (UD) in the State.
6. Declaration of UD & Housing Department as works Department as per CPWD/ PWD norms & pattern.
