HUDCO Loan based project
The main objective of the scheme is to create well planned urban infrastructure without giving extra burden to the state exchequer, and to cope up the necessity of the fast growth urban population .
5 (five) numbers of D.U.D.A. viz. Ziro, Daporijo, Pasighat, Roing and Naharlagun has obtained financial assistance/loan from HUDCO for construction of well planned Shopping/Housing Complex in the respective town.
The D.U.D.A`s has been obtained the loan after making an agreement with HUDCO and subsequently the state Government is held in reserve as its guarantor. The D.U.D.A`s has been utilizing the fund independently.
2 (two) of the scheme viz. Construction of Vegetable & Fish Market Shed at Naharlagun & Shopping Complex, Ziro, has been completed out of 5 (five) scheme obtained from HUDCO.
