3-Year Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized University are eligible to apply for these positions.

Age Limit (as of 1 Jan 2025):

• General: 18-40 Years
• SC/ST/OBC/EWS: 18-43 Years
• PwD: 18-42 Years
• Ex-Servicemen: 18-48 Years
• Domicile: A valid domicile certificate of J&K is mandatory.
