Tata Motors Responsibilities:
- Manage product data structure in PLM and ensure BOM (Bill of Materials) quality.
- Develop design standards and carryover strategy aligned with technical policies and technology roadmap for Upper Body Structure sub-modules.
- Engineer Upper Body Structure sub-modules for projects according to established standards.
- Create technical proposals for new concepts and resolve technical issues or design challenges to meet required attributes.
Skills Required for Tata Motors Vacancy 2025
- Proficient in Catia V5R25 for modeling with strong skills in best practices.
- Knowledgeable in PLM systems for product management.
- Understands body structure construction, sheet metal forming, and assembly processes.
- Familiar with vehicle regulations and standards like durability and crashworthiness.
- Experienced with Six Sigma tools (DFMEA, DFM, DFA, DFS), GD&T, EPS, and NPI processes.
- Aware of cost factors in product development.Skilled in engineering tools such as CATIA analysis modules, FTI, VizVSA, MINT3, RMDVV, and internal systems.
